Gastroenterology Associates of Northern New York P.C. is now connected to Hixny and contributing patient data.
The specialty practice recently began submitting C-CDAs for their patients. The information contained in these documents include patients vital signs, diagnoses, medications, procedures, surgical/medical history and lab results.
The addition of Gastroenterology Associates helps close gaps in information, and improve efficiency, for primary care physicians, hospitalists, emergency room physicians and other providers who share patients with the practice.
