As we described in 2020, Hixny rapidly shifted our daily operations at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to support the needs of public health departments. Through that process, and upon hearing how vital Hixny had become to users navigating new concerns, we rededicated ourselves to making it easy for users to interact with Hixny.
For example, we simplified the steps that participating organization staff take when they receive a report that requires auditing. We also added a chat feature to our website and automated the answers to common questions. Now, users can quickly interact from the computer they’re already using, have a better chance of quickly finding information they need and can more effectively complete their task and move on with their day.
In 2022, we will continue to simplify and streamline, applying the lessons we’re learning during this extraordinary time.
