ALBANY, N.Y. – Hixny connected one organization to the community-wide health information exchange (HIE) in December, further expanding the availability of patient records to the statewide healthcare community and to individual healthcare consumers.
The new connection is:
- Warren County Health Services, including Home Care and Public Health
The organization is contributing data using Consolidated-Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA), the industry standard format for exchanging clinical information.
