ALBANY, N.Y. – Hixny connected one organization to the community-wide health information exchange (HIE) in October, further expanding the availability of patient records to the statewide healthcare community and to individual healthcare consumers.

- Saratoga Family Health NPs, a palliative care center in Saratoga Springs, NY
Saratoga Family Health NPs is contributing data using Consolidated-Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA), the industry standard format for exchanging clinical information.
