Data Providers
The healthcare providers and organizations on the list linked below allow Hixny participants to use Hixny to access the health records of their patients who have given consent.
Hixny’s clinical data has been validated through NCQA’s Data Aggregator Validation program, ensuring standards and protocols are met and Hixny’s clinical data may be used by health plans as standard supplemental data for HEDIS® MY 2021 reporting and for other quality programs. You may view the data sources validated for HEDIS® MY 2021 here. Please contact us if you have any questions about the status of any data provider on the list.

Member Organizations
Rather than for day-to-day patient care, members use aggregated data to evaluate trends in population health and to improve health and healthcare among communities. Members include hospitals and health insurers, large employers and wellness coordinators, and government agencies. Use and sharing of data among these members improves the entire healthcare system and encourages advancements in research, healthcare delivery and reimbursement.
Contact us to discuss the type of information you’d like to use—and what you might contribute—so that we can draw up a legal agreement to suit your needs.
