Report an Outage
Service disruptions are classified and handled by scope of impact:

- Urgent: A full system outage. A status update and estimated resolution time will be provided within one hour, and every four hours thereafter until the issue is resolved.
- High Priority: A localized impact. A daily update (business days only) will be provided if the issue is not resolved on the same business day.
