Alerts Delivery by Hixny

Hixny has been awarded a contract by the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY) to deliver patient alerts—including admit, discharge, and transitional care notifications—to healthcare providers and health insurers statewide. Beginning February 2026, all other New York QEs can submit a request on behalf of their participant providers to connect to Hixny’s service.
